How many wedding guests can Cefn Tilla Court hold?
Depending on location- From 10 – 140 (200 evening)
What is included in the hire at Cefn Tilla Court?
A prep day to set up the gorgeous marquee, a selection of table and chairs, use of the bridal suite to get ready and stay the night, 110 acres exclusive use, courtyard for the night before for informal gathering if you choose to stay on site in one of our holiday lets.
If you are choosing an intimate hire, this includes a12pm set up on the day of the wedding with a 4pm start time for ceremony, then straight into the marquee for an evening party. Bridal suite not included
When can setup begin and when do we need to leave ?
Set up from 12.00pm the day before, house and marquee close at 5.00pm
With an intimate hire, from 12.00pm on the day of the wedding, until 3.00pm
Can we have both our ceremony and reception at Cefn Tilla Court?
Yes, Ceremony either in the great hall or outside next to our Lilly pond, followed by a reception in the semi-permanent marquee.
Is catering provided by Cefn Tilla Court, or do we need to bring in our own caterers?
We do not tie you to a caterer and you can bring in whoever you like.
Do you have a list of highly recommended suppliers?
Yes, we do, and we try and keep them as local as possible.
Is there accommodation available on-site for the wedding party and guests?
Yes, we can sleep 28 guests over 7 holiday lets plus the bridal suite on site. We also have The Lodge by Cefn Tilla that hold 28 guests.
Can we have confetti at our wedding?
Yes but only real petals or dry freeze (No Biodegradable)
Is there a backup plan in case of bad weather for an outdoor wedding?
We can hold your ceremony in the great hall up to 80 guests.
Can we bring in our own vendors such as florists or DJs?
Yes
How far in advance do we need to book Cefn Tilla Court for our wedding?
18 Months is ideal if you are after specific dates.
When will a deposit be required?
14 days after your provisional hold and once you have secured a ceremony time if getting married on site.
Can I download a Cefn Tilla Court Menu?
We don't force you to pick from a standard wedding breakfast menu as you do in standard hotels and venues. You can have, very much, whatever you want. We have a list of outside caterers that we can highly recommend or you can bring in your own.
What does a Cefn Tilla Court wedding cost?
The dry hire fee at Cefn Tilla Court may fluctuate based on the season and the specific day of the week you choose for your celebration. Our Wedding Manager is available to offer you the most favourable rate according to your preferred dates.

Our boutique hotel, located less than a mile away, offers a variety of room sizes to cater to your needs. We provide style and elegance with options ranging from single rooms and family rooms to our signature elegant garden room suite. We provide a shuttle service for guests staying at the Lodge.

Tell me about Cefn Tilla Court accommodation
Onsite at Cefn Tilla, we have a range of accommodation available. Our Boudoir is located in the Main Houses and is available for use by our wedding couple*. We also have seven self catering luxury apartments and cottages of various sizes and a Shepherds Hut available, some also have private hot tubs. We also have our own boutique hotel less than a mile away which has 13 rooms and holds up to 28 people.
